Water lock-off in Portland tomorrow

KINGSTON, Jamaica — The National Water Commission (NWC) is advising that operations at the Grants Level water facility in Portland will be suspended tomorrow Wednesday, September 12, from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm to facilitate internal electrical repairs.
Areas that will be affected by a lack of water include: Port Antonio, Grants Level, Passley Garden, Snow Hill, Dragon Bay, Berridale, Fellowship, Stanton, New Road, Boundbrook, Norwich, Tan Hope Prospect District and Drapers.
NWC is urging customers to store water for use during the period of disruption.
